Reading your report & development plan

How to use your results — including the book-grounded recommendations.

The three headline tiles are your Competency Index (MCI), Trust orientation, and Stress / pressure load. The four cards give your negotiation identity, trust posture, default style, and single biggest growth lever — read these first.

The report closes with the Development Plan: 3–5 priorities, each with concrete steps and — importantly — a quote and source from Dr. Jensen's own books behind every recommendation.
