Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 May 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

Ask Keld (“the Service”) is operated by Future Science Corp., a company based in the United States, together with Dr. Keld Jensen (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Ask Keld is an AI assistant that answers negotiation questions in the voice and method of Dr. Keld Jensen, drawing on his published work and research. Answers may be provided as text and, on eligible plans, as synthesized audio. The Service is an educational and informational tool.

3. Not professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Answers are general in nature and may not fit your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional advice before acting on anything the Service produces.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of questions and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan features or pricing on reasonable notice.

Question allowances. Each plan includes a set number of questions to Ask Keld: the free trial includes 200 questions during the 7-day trial; the monthly Copilot plan includes 1,000 questions per monthly billing period; and the annual Copilot plan includes unlimited questions, subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse. Standalone Ask Keld plans include the allowance stated at purchase. Allowances apply per billing period and unused questions do not roll over; when you reach your allowance you can upgrade or wait until the next period begins.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying knowledge base or models; reselling or redistributing answers as your own product; using the Service unlawfully; or uploading content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Documents you upload

You may attach documents to support a question. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to generate your answer. Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, or anything you are not permitted to disclose. You are responsible for the content you submit.

8. Intellectual property

All content, methodology, frameworks, text, books, recordings, and the synthesized voice made available through the Service — including SMARTnership, NegoEconomics, TrustCurrency, and the Third Road — are the intellectual property of Dr. Keld Jensen and are protected by copyright and other laws. Copyright in all such material is owned by Dr. Keld Jensen. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use answers for your own internal purposes. You may not copy, publish, or commercially exploit the material without our written permission.

9. AI-generated content

Answers are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The Service may produce different answers to similar questions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following an answer.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
