I can't sign in, or I hit an access wall
What to do if a link won't open or asks you to request access.
If a link shows an access-request or permission wall, it's almost always an old link pointing to an outdated address. The fix is quick:
- 1Go to smartnership.org/copilot directly (don't use the old link).
- 2Request a fresh sign-in email, or use Google / Microsoft sign-in.
- 3Open the newest email and click its link.
Always use the most recent sign-in email. If it still won't open, reply to your welcome email and we'll sort it out.
